Caramel Silliness Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • Chocolate or Vanilla Protein Powder
  • Plain Low Fat Greek Yogurt
  • Any Unsweetened Non-Dairy Milk
  • Sugar Free Caramel Syrup
  • Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • Ice
  • Optional: Non-Sugar Sweetener
  • Walnut Halves or Whole Almonds

Directions:

Put suggested portion ingredients in a blender in the order listed for best blending. The amount of liquid
and ice you use is up to you; thick & creamy or thin & runny. Eat the nuts separately.

2 unit portion:

  • Ice + Start with 4 oz. “milk”
  • 1/3 level cup yogurt
  • *7 grams protein powder
  • Up to 1 Tbsp. syrup
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. graham crumbs
  • 6 walnut halves or 4 whole
  • almonds

3 unit portion:

  • Ice + Start with 4 oz. “milk”
  • 1/3 level cup yogurt
  • *10 grams protein powder
  • Up to 1 Tbsp. syrup
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. graham crumbs
  • 9 walnut halves or 6 whole
  • almonds

4 unit portion:

  • Ice + Start with 6 oz. “milk”
  • 1/2 level cup yogurt
  • *18 grams protein powder
  • Up to 1 Tbsp. syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. graham crumbs
  • 12 walnut halves or 8 whole almonds

5 unit portion:

  • Ice + Start with 8 oz. “milk”
  • 3/4 level cup yogurt
  • *21 grams protein powder
  • Up to 1 Tbsp. syrup
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. graham crumbs
  • 15 walnut halves or 10 whole almonds
