Personal Trainer
BIO:
Training should have a purpose. Whether your goal is to build strength, improve athletic performance, lose body fat, or simply move through life with more confidence, my job is to create a clear path forward and help you execute it consistently.
My coaching philosophy combines evidence-based programming with practical application. I specialize in strength and conditioning, body recomposition, functional fitness, and injury prevention, helping clients develop strength that translates beyond the gym. Rather than chasing random workouts, I focus on building systems that produce measurable results while keeping your body healthy for the long term.
My experience ranges from coaching everyday adults to working with Olympic athletes at UCLA, Air Force cadets at Colorado State University, and special populations across the United States and Australia. Those experiences taught me that while everyone's goals are different, successful training always comes back to the same principles: consistency, progression, and intentional effort.
When we work together, you'll never be guessing whether you're making progress. I track performance metrics, manage training variables, and adjust your program based on real data so every phase of training builds on the last. I want you to understand not only what you're doing, but why you're doing it.
Outside the gym, I enjoy testing my own limits through endurance and performance challenges. I'm currently training towards a HYROX competition and the Bondi to Manly 80km Ultra Marathon. I also train around a history of right shoulder instability, which has given me firsthand experience balancing ambitious goals with intelligent training and injury management.
Whether you're looking to move better, get stronger, improve performance, or build confidence in your body, I'll help you train with intention and focus on results that last.
