Blueberry Orange Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Banana Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
  • Vanilla Protein Powder
  • Vanilla Low Fat Greek Yogurt
  • Fresh OJ + Water + Ice
  • Walnut Halves or Whole Almonds

Directions:

Put suggested portion ingredients in a blender in the order they are listed for best blending. Nuts should be eaten separately. The amount of liquid and ice you use is up to you; thick & creamy or thin & runny

Equal parts OJ & water = Light OJ!

2 unit portion:

Start with 2 oz. each OJ & water ice

2” banana 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries 10 grams protein powder

1/3 cup yogurt

6 walnut halves or 4 almonds

3 unit portion:

Start with 2 oz. each OJ & water ice

3” banana 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries 15 grams protein powder

1/3 cup yogurt

9 walnut halves or 6 almonds

4 unit portion:

Start with 3 oz. each OJ & water ice

4” banana 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries 20 grams protein powder

2/3 cup yogurt

12 walnut halves or 8 almonds

5 unit portion:

Start with 3 oz. each OJ & water ice

6” banana 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

25 grams protein powder

2/3 cup yogurt

15 walnut halves or 10 almonds
