Strong Start Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • Ice
  • Vanilla Protein Powder
  • Baby Carrots, cut smaller
  • Any Sweet Apple, cored, cut into small pieces (peel on)
  • Naval or Cara-Cara Orange, peeled, segmented into wedges
  • Frozen Mango, chopped into small pieces
  • Baby Spinach Leaves or Kale
  • Any Unsweetened Vanilla Non-Dairy “Milk”
  • Walnut Halves or Whole Almonds

Directions:

Using your suggested individual unit portion, place ingredients in a blender in order listed; blend until creamy. Amount of liquid and ice you use is your choice. Enjoy the nuts separately or throw them in your smoothie!

2 unit portion:
